I used HP image zone for 8 years on old PC. However, I cannot download the DVD onto a new laptop. Please could anyone help?
I click on the 'Download' button (have also tried every other option with the DVD) but nothing happens.
Would appreciate any help.

You cannot crop manually--when you scan images, you have to go thru several steps- very time consuming.
Awful--if you are looking for the old Image Zone--beware! It is NOT the same and I am still looking for the old Image Zone or a similar program.
Lynne, just stumbled across your note from 4 years ago. Did you find HP Image Zone or suitable substitute? I used it to crop and edit my HP scans (coins, currency, etc.)?
For my XP computer and All-in-One printer that I don't have a CD for I downloaded (pse_350_enu.exe) HP Image Zone software from your site (which looks like a HP site). The download that was saved didn't completely loaded on my computer and got stuck on page 7 of 8. After cancelling it, I reloaded this software again from your site and tried again. This time I turned off my antivirus, thinking it was the reason it froze up before. It looked really good downloading into my computer this time going pass where it did before when all of a sudden it disapeared off my screen. I tried a third time running the download that I saved and l had the same problem. I checked for a new program and had nothing. How do I download this software into my XP computer? I want to be able to use the Scan features on my 1610 All-in-One printer.
I believe that HP Image Zone 3.5 was more than just renamed to HP Photosmart Essential 3. As a user of Image Zone for several years I really was set back when I replaced my failed harddrive and went to the HP site to download ImageZone and got Photosmart Essential in its place. I like HP Image Zone very much because I´ve leaarned how to use it and of the things I use it for it does what I need it to do. Although it is not The Gimp or PhotoShop. I use it to view, crop, recrop, make minor lighting, brightness, color, or tint changes, rename and print fotos. HP has replaced it with a new improved version and no longer provides ImageZone for download from it´s site. Thanks to this site, software.informer.com I downloaded ImageZone recently and I am able to use this loved program again.
